At Faiza Jamshed, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our clothing and handcrafted items. However, if you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

Customized, made-to-order, or sale items are not eligible for return.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

Approved returns will be refunded within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel with pictures of the item.

We will arrange an exchange or issue a full refund including shipping charges.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size-related issues, subject to availability.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Buyer will bear the shipping costs for exchanges unless the item was faulty.
